Excellence

• Striving to provide a level of child care that
  will please the Father, with Jesus being the
  standard
• John 1011-13 I am the good shepherd. The good
  shepherd lays down his life for the sheep. The
  hired hand is not the shepherd who owns the
  sheep. So when he sees the wolf coming, he
  abandons the sheep and runs away. Then the wolf
  attacks the flock and scatters it. The man runs
  away because he is a hired hand and cares nothing
  for the sheep.

Instruction

• Building a foundation on the Word of God, out of
  obedience to the Lord
• Deuteronomy 1118-21 Fix these words of mine in
  your hearts and minds tie them as symbols on
  your hands and bind them on your foreheads. Teach
  them to your children, talking about them when
  you sit at home and when you walk along the road,
  when you lie down and when you get up. Write them
  on the doorframes of your houses and on your
  gates, so that your days and the days of your
  children may be many in the land that the LORD
  swore to give your forefathers, as many as the
  days that the heavens are above the earth.

Acceptance and Love

• Showing children the unconditional love of Jesus
• Mark 936-37 He took a little child and had him
  stand among them. Taking him in his arms, he said
  to them, Whoever welcomes one of these little
  children in my name welcomes me and whoever
  welcomes me does not welcome me but the one who
  sent me.

  is my disciple, I tell you the truth, he will
  certainly not lose his reward.

Mission Statement

• Bringing Little Children to Jesus
• Mark 1013-16 People were bringing little
  children to Jesus to have him touch them, but the
  disciples rebuked them. When Jesus saw this, he
  was indignant. He said to them, Let the little
  children come to me, and do not hinder them, for
  the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. I
  tell you the truth, anyone who will not receive
  the kingdom of God like a little child will never
  enter it. And he took the children in his arms,
  put his hands on them and blessed them.
