    not understand what to do in school. He has rough
    mornings at school.
  • He has a history of articulation difficulties,
    developmental delays, domestic violence in home,
    one retention, and a parent in jail.

    with Tate, and placed targeted goals on his
    reinforcement chart.
  • Stated behaviors in positive format on chart,
    naming replacement behaviors desired.
