SUPPORT ON EDUCATION FEES
  • Eligibility
  • All staff members of the IIUM within the
    specified income range.
  • Spouse of children of staff
  • Benefits
  • Support given for primary to secondary school (up
    to 3 children)

The fees to be paid by children/ spouse of the
staff for all programmes (except for MBBS)
The fees to be paid by children/ spouse of the
staff for MBBS

RETIREMENT BENEFIT FUND
- 5 ½ percent from the basic salary and fixed
allowances for each month of service - Staff
who resign before reaching the compulsory or
optional retirement age would not be entitled for
RBF payment

GOLDEN HAND SHAKE
  • Only for staff appointed on permanent status
  • Maximum one hundred and twenty (120) days of
    accumulated leave
  • - Maximum fifteen (15) days per year
  • - To be awarded upon reaching the compulsory
    retirement age

Scheme for part-time studies of the
Administrative and Technical Staff (Study Loan)
Criteria Permanent staff, confirmed in service,
has served at least 3 years, relevant
course. Condition Part-time, if the class is
during office hours then compensation of time
is needed, only one staff of K/D/C at one
time. This scheme include those who would like
to upgrade their knowledge by taking standard
examination such as SRP or SPM.
