38Medical Records Requests
- Medical records or an Attending Physicians
Statement (APS) are required when an applicant
is - Age 60 and older
- Not replacing coverage and have two or more
coronary co-morbid conditions and over the age of
50 - Rated 70 or more due to build
- A foreign national
- At the discretion of the underwriter
- Current average turn around time is 14 days
- To ensure records are obtained in a timely
manner, we suggest that you make your client
aware of the medical record request and ask them
to inform their doctor.
39Paramedical Exams
- A Para-medical examination will be required if we
cannot obtain comprehensive medical records from
the previous 24 months prior to the application
date on clients at the same ages as the mandatory
medical records requirement or at the discretion
of the underwriter, based on the applicants
medical history
40Offers, exclusions, and amendments are delivered
within 24 hours of final decision
- Rate ups may be accepted by email, fax or phone
call - Exclusion riders must be signed by the primary
applicant or accepted telephonically by the
primary applicant with a call to our rider

will advance 8 months worth of earned premium - i.e. A case earns 100 per month, we advance 8
months, the agent receives 800 - Interest Rate Annual interest rate will be 12,
collected monthly, beginning in the second month - Contracting Participation is available at any
level. A GA does not have to advance for their
agent to advance, vice versa. Sign off from the
GA is required for a producer to participate. - Paying off advance balance Case by Case
recovery. Earned commission on an inforce case
is applied towards that specific cases balance
