How to Search for a Map

• Fill in keyword/map name in First Name field
• Expand General and Land Records document
  types lists
• Select Maps by checking box click Search
• Select correct record from returned list
• Select View Image in record view
• Zoom, Pan and Print map from returned image

How to Search for a Deed

Search Tips

• Use other tabs to refine search parameters ex.
  by Map Book and Page
• Refine search by using Grantor, Grantee,
  Like, Exact, or date range if you have this
  information
• Check box Document Types to search for any
  instance of the keyword you are using in all
  recorded documents (will return only the first
  500 records and direct you to refine your search)
• Scroll through returned records or move between
  pages using Next?
• Move between documents in the database or
  documents in your results list using Home, ltPrev,
  Nextgt, ltPrev Doc, and Next Docgt.
• Use toolbar tools to save, print, email, pan,
  select text, take snapshot, zoom, rotate and copy
  image.
