chosen because it is something that can capture
the attention of the audience because they can

creatively as you can. The class will cook the

Assessment
This is no real assessment for this lesson since
this is the last and culminating activity. The
class will cook a chosen low sodium Vietnamese
dish together. Each person will be assigned a
task such as measuring the salt, converting
the condiments, and washing and cutting the
