• Absorb Carbon Dioxide much like trees however
  does not release oxygen as a byproduct
• Lower amount of CO2, therefore allowing more
  longwave solar radiation to escape the earths
  atmosphere

• Warming will be amplified at the poles
• Recovery of ozone could be delayed 30-70 years
