  weekend during the school year!

Funds raised by the Junior League of Lubbock
purchase food in bulk with the help of the South
Plains Food Bank.

Volunteers from The Junior League of Lubbock
assemble the sacks weekly,

Then the backpacks are filled with sacks of
shelf safe food

Finally, the backpacks are delivered to schools
on Thursday for Friday distribution.
