The Status Assessment is not the same as the HUD
Entrance Assessment in OPUS!
The Status Assessment is a case management tool
for goal setting and measuring outcomes.
STATUS ASSESSMENT
The Entrance Assessment measures static
information. It is required at the time of
enrollment for HUD Continuum of Care programs and
CDBG programs. If your agency requires the
Entrance Assessment for HPRP, it is for internal
agency use only- this is not required for any
report.
