• Implement a How to Survive Bullying staff
  leaflet.
• A Joint WSAHS and Labor Council statement on
  Bullying, Harassment and Discrimination and the
  What is Bullying leaflet to be distributed to
  all employees of WSAHS.
• Implement a Community Awareness/Communications
  Strategy.

• Implement training program A Safer Place to Work
  Preventing and Managing Violent Behaviour in
  the Health Workplace.
• A copy of DOH leaflet NSW Health is a Zero
  Tolerance Zone distributed to all employees of
  WSAHS and in all patient packages.
• Zero Tolerance Checklist be circulated to all
  managers/supervisors to incorporate into EQUIP
  SPE Program.
• WSAHS Zero Tolerance Promotional Plan and
  Timeline.
