  fiber exchange--private cross connects are the
  primary method for participants to trade traffic.
• ASX-4000 with OC3 and OC12 ports OC48 possible,
  but higher speeds mostly dark fiber lower speeds
  mostly direct copper.
• Non-blocking fabric configurations permit
  asymmetric PVCs (CBR and UBR PVCs supported)
