• Land and Habitat (5 conservation)
• Air Emissions (15 reduction NOx, toxics)
• Discharges to Water (15 reduction nutrients,
  toxics, sediment)

• Growth development have led to
  habitat loss stormwater run-off issues
• Partnering with EPA, states, local officials
  organizations
• Restoration conservation projects
• Low-impact development activities
• Improve biodiversity bay-dependent economic
  sectors, such as commercial fisheries

Land Habitat Commitment

• Restore areas of watershed to native form
  function
• Minimum of 5 of facility property size OR 10
  acres, whichever is greater
• Restoration can be on facilitys property or off,
  OR combination

• Air deposition adversely affects water quality
• Metals (mercury, lead, cadmiun, copper)
• PCBs
• PAHs
• Pesticides
• NOx

Air Quality Commitments

• NOx emissions certain air toxics
• Reduce NOx emissions, or a specific set of toxic
  emissions, by at least 15

Discharges to Water

• Point nonpoint source pollutant loadings
• Sediment (soil dust)
• Toxics (metals, PCBs, PAHs, pesticides)
• Nutrients (phosphorus, nitrogen)
