Dont Bust Your Budget

• Set a detailed budget early!
• One person oversees spending and reimbursements
• Budget for unexpected expenses
• Overestimate costs when planning

• Set goals and objectives for the event
• Set a logistics timeline
• Identify/select possible dates and locations
• Form committees and elect chairs
• Create a list of physical needs for the event
  (chairs, tables, audiovisual equipment, etc.)
• Dont forget performer or speaker needs
