9.30 Aims of this workshop
  • To understand what we mean with portfolio at this
    context, mainly the two different roles!
  • Think about what teaching means for me? How can
    and I develop it? How do I want to develop it?
  • Plan how to document own pedagogical thinking and
    development of teaching and how can I tell about
    it to others?
  • Practice bringing your way of seeing teaching
    into wider discussion by explaining and writing
    about it.

  • Alternative A, pair working
  • choose pairs
  • one interviews the other by reading through the
    list (given) questions and writes down given
    answers
  • same interview vice versa
  • at the end give the notes to the person
    interviewed and read the trough with time
  • you may also have a short discussion so that both
    understand writings in a same way
  • you can keep the notes and use those as a support
    when writing about your educational thinking
  • Alternative B, working alone
  • read through the list of questions by making
    notes at the same time. Try to make whole
    sentences instead of just listing things.
  • when needed you can ask advice or commentary from
    the leaders if something seems to be unclear.
