Foundation is to enhance quality of life in and
around Ellsworth County, both today and in the

- ANYONE!
- Donors to the Foundation are from a variety of
backgrounds with a common commitment to the
communitys well-being.

- YES!!! No gift is too small. Gifts of 25, 10,
or even 1 may be made to these existing funds

6Who Manages the Foundation?
- SHCF is an affiliate of the Greater Salina
Community Foundation who assists donors in
creating funds and making donations. - When you invest in your community, a local board
of directors is responsible for all grant
distributions from the Smoky Hill Charitable
Foundation.

- You can contribute to a fund now, establish it in
your will, or create in through a trust
arrangement that benefits your family as well as
charity. - Tax deductions are earned at the time of the
gift, while grants awarded from the fund will
continue into the future. - The Foundation is a 501(c) organization.

with automatic annual contributions. - The Foundation makes sure that grants to these
groups remain relevant over time and responsive
to changing - circumstances.

contributions are eligible for the highest tax
