  • School Business Community Partnership Brokers
  • Beginning January 2010
  • Aim to broker sustainable partnerships between
    schools, businesses, community groups, and
    parents to improve education outcomes.
  • Will work with stakeholder groups to foster, a
    strategic, whole of community approach, that
    supports young people to stay engaged in
    education and realise their full social and
    economic potential.
  • School-Business Ambassadors Program, beginning
    January 2010. Aims to broker sustainable
    partnerships between schools, businesses,
    community groups, and parents to improve Asia
    literacy of students. This will involve
    businesses partnering with schools to demonstrate
    how language and cultural skills are used in
    their regional businesses.
