in both Security and transportation systems,
sensor networks, simulation, and manufacturing
processes with NCO applications. Papers are
solicited both from the US and internationals
authors that describe NCO technologies, sensor
and simulation technologies, approaches, designs,
architectures, and solutions, application of
commercial-off-the-shelf tools and products to
NCO type systems, manufacturing and industrial
systems that use NCO type solutions and lessons
learned, and methodologies for comparing and
contrasting NCO solutions in both military and
commercial world.
