- Provide a single source of authentication and
verification of Notaries Public across the
Commonwealth - And, in so doing, manage the issuance of a
secure, uniform eNotarization credential to
promote economic development - For State Government
- Provide real-time access to Notary registrant
data (e.g., cross-jurisdictional certification) - Provide real-time revocation and related
management functions (issuance and renewal)

on of an ENS in real time - Electronic Notary Seal (ENS)
