• Begin writing college coaches to let them know
  that you have an interest
• Begin attending summer camps

• Begin to narrow list of schools
• Visit schools on unofficial visits, camps
• Continue writing college coaches to let them know
  that you still have an interest

• Junior Year
• On Sept. 1, college coaches can begin contacting
  you through letters
• Play in as many tournaments as possible to give
  ample opportunity for coaches to watch you play

• Trim your list of schools and continue doing
  research on your schools of interest
• Continue taking unofficial visits during the
  summer and school year

• Junior Year
• Begin taking SAT/ACT tests
• At the end of the year, you must register with
  the NCAA Clearinghouse if you want to play NCAA
  soccer

• Senior Year
• On July 1, college coaches can begin contacting
  you with phone calls
• You can take up to 5 Official Campus Visits
• Take SAT/ACT tests
• Apply to schools

• You can also call coaches in any year, but they
  are not allowed to return your calls unless you
  are a senior
