DESCRIPTION The turf produced is fine-leaved, can
be closely mown and provided sufficient time is
allowed for establishment, will tolerate wear.
Vigorous roots strengthen the turf giving it
superior resilience and durability. SUITABILITY A
grimar General Purpose Grass Seed is suitable for
most lawn areas where fine appearance is
required, including semi-shaded areas, and is
also an ideal mixture for overseeding in Spring

quality lawn, apply fertiliser during damp
weather in Spring, mid-Summer and Autumn. SOWING
DATES Sow between March and October. Young grass
will appear within 14-21 days under good growing
conditions. SOWING RATES New Lawn 50gms per
sq. metre (1½ oz per sq. yard) Overseeding 25gms
per sq. metre (¾ oz per sq. yard) MOWING
HEIGHT New Lawn Cut for the first time when
grass is 5-8cm (2-3in) in height. Trim lightly
and gradually lower blades to an ideal cutting
height of 10- 12mm (½ in). Subsequent Cuts Mow
regularly but try not to remove more than one
