Group Technology Operations (GTO) is the DNA
which provides the technological and operational
foundation to the Banks outstanding business
performance and exceptional client service
levels. We deliver world class, innovative
solutions to handle the Banks technology and
transaction processing challenges, enabling the
Bank to successfully execute its business
strategies. Employing over a fifth of the Banks
total employees and with operations in 45

implementing innovative new systems,
re-engineering processes that enable us to reduce

two functions Technology and Infrastructure. Tec

products and tools to provide tailored solutions.
The teams use and develop the latest programming
languages, web, and mobile computing technologies
across every aspect of the software development
lifecycle. Infrastructure provides computing,
storage and networking hardware and software
services to reliably and efficiently support the
running of the Bank's applications. The
Infrastructure division of GTO is IES
(Information Enterprise Services). IES provides a
state-of-the-art IT infrastructure which is
reliable, cost effective and scalable, not only
for application developers but for all Deutsche
Bank divisions.
Program Description
- The internship offers a unique experience for
students to gain a real insight into the
challenging and dynamic world of investment
banking and will ensure you get the most out of
your time at Deutsche Bank. You will spend 8-10
weeks working on a variety of projects. This
intensive learning experience will enable you to
find out whether a career in Technology and with
Deutsche Bank is right for you. - As part of the structured training program you
will benefit from - Orientation and community action teambuilding
- Classroom training sessions delivered by
external consultants and Deutsche Bank
representatives - Exposure to senior management
- Formal review and feedback sessions
- Interactive, informational sessions with senior
representatives from across the Bank - Social events to enable networking with other
Analyst Interns and managers - Mentor/buddy program
- In addition to your day-to-day responsibilities
you may be asked to present on a project assigned
to you as part of your end-of-program evaluation. - Top performers can expect full-time offers at the
end of the internship and will join our global
training program the following year. Mid and
end-of-program feedback sessions will help keep
you posted on your development. During these
times, you will have individual meetings with
your manager and Graduate Resourcing to review
your progress.
