RQC Mission

• The Regional Quality Center will work
  collaboratively with district personnel to
  provide quality support toward advancement in the
  implementation of a systems approach to

2007-2008 RQC Goals

• To increase the percentage of schools,
  departments, and classrooms district-wide that
  effectively utilize a systems approach and
  continuous improvement.
• To increase satisfaction levels of the district,
  departments, and schools who receive services of
  the RQC.

RQC Measures

• Proficient or advanced rating on key indicators
  of the District Department and School Systems
  Check Level III.
• The customer satisfaction rating on RQC services
  survey administered in November 2007 and April
  2008 will result in 70 responses in the 4 or 5
  score.

Support of SINOI Schools

• Seven Schools most in need will receive intensive
  systems support through RQC
• Along with planning/strategy meetings ISTs from
  the seven schools will receive additional systems
  training through RQC

  Continuous Classroom Improvement
• Monitor and support the implementation and
  structure of Goal Teams
• Monitor and provide support with alignment
  between school site EPSS and learning activities
• Provide coaching, training, and resources to
  school leadership
