digits in total. These are often required to
change supplier but the 13 on the bottom
suffice for most things.

    If you dont
  • have this call for it details are on the
    handout.
  • Find out the supplier - Once you have called for
    an MPAN you are likely to receive a letter from
    your supplier, but you can also find out the
    supplier from the no on the MPAN.
  • Set Up a new account - Call / by internet
    (internet is usually cheaper), set up an account
    with the supplier you wish to use they will
    usually want to know your MPAN, or Supply No as
    well as the supplier used previously at that
    address.
