CTA II of 16 December 1966

• Negotiated between German Federal Government
  (Federal Ministry of Finance) and the various
  trade unions Commanding General, USAREUR/7A
  represented in the negotiations as the designated
  coordinator for the US Forces
• Applies to all LN employees in Germany
• Establishes the minimum employment conditions for
  LN employment
