• Paper submission site opens mid-September 2005
• Paper Submission site closes 2 December 2005
• Paper acceptance notification late January 2006
• Conference Registration opens early March 2006
• Final Manuscripts due 10 March 2006
• Conference early registration closes 5 May
  2006
• IMS2006 starts June 11, 2006

Paper submission and review

• Using same system as 2005 (Jeff Pond)
• Electronic paper submission only
• ALL papers (including special focussed
  sessions) will be processed by system
• May be sub-committee splits/mergers depending on
  paper submissions
• Each sub-committee will need at least one
  wireless LAN equipped laptop computer
• Notification of accept/reject by e-mail
• Back-up arrangements using Excel
