Who are we?
- A Multi-purpose youth provision, striving to
- provide a service to the young people of the
local community, which aims to support and
develop the skills and knowledge of both the
youth and the community at large. - We encourage and facilitate the involvement of
our young members within various aspects of the
community planning and development processes to
insure that they have a voice and are heard!

What do we do?
- Provide a Drop-In-Centre to the young members of
the community, offering a large selection of
activities and facilities within a friendly and
supportive environment. - Here are some of the Activities and Facilities we
provide - ARTS AND CRAFTS WORKSHOPS, DJ WORKSHOPS,
POTTERY WORKSHOPS, STEEL DRUMS CLASSES, DANCE
CLASSES, FOOTBALL, POOL, IT SUITE, PLAYSTATIONS,
CAFÉ BAR, SUMMER SCHEMES and many more -

What do we do?
- Work with various groups and organisations such
as local schools, Careers Wales and The Princes
Trust to provide work experience and support and
educate disaffected youth. - Take an active role within the Communities First
Partnership to ensure that the young people are
heard and consulted. -
- Provide adult learning classes through
collaboration with Ystrad Mynach College. -

What do we do?
- Work with (and support) other community groups
such as Senghenydd and Abertridwr Linking
Together (SALT) and Undercurrents. -
- Liaise with Voluntary Sector Organisations such
as Groundwork and GAVO to contribute to the
delivery community based projects.

How do we do it?
- Thanks to Communities First funding, we now have
the financial security and staff we need to
continue to provide and build on the services and
activities we offer. - Many of the services we provide require
multi-skilled and motivated staff members who
require a strong and supportive management
structure.
