Thermoset Recycling

• Moulding compounds formulated from glass fibre
  composite recyclate and virgin thermoset resins.
• Recyclate makes up 70 of the material weight
• Use as a low grade moulding compound or as a the
  core in a dual injection moulding

• Reuse of RIM PU Mouldings
• Re-bonding of granulated PU mouldings
• Heat and pressure only, No resin binder required
• PU recyclate granules used as filler in polyester
  moulding compounds
• Gives added toughness to material
