Operating at the market since 1990 year Starpol
is growing all the time. At the beginning
business was run in Starachowice in 27 Kopalniana
street. The company facilities covered the area
of 1600 m2.
The first residential building.

• In the year 2003 STARPOL II Ltd. was founded as
  an effect of constant growth of orders. Its
  production is located in the Special Economic
  Zone Starachowice S.A. in two production halls
  covering the area of 4000 m2.

New investment

• In December 2007 we have purchased another
  production building with total area of 5,500 m2.
  During 2008 year we have carried out intimate
  repair and since 1 December 2008 we own 3,500 m2
  of restored new area which is ready for
  production performance.
• The total staff employment is about300 people.
• We manage common purchase policy which makes us
  competitive at the market.

• We produce metal details and components according
  to the orders and clients documentation.

We mainly specialize in sheet and tube treatment
as well as in welding.

Machinery

• We have new Komax machinery park for wires
  treatment which allows us to organize serial
  production in the efficient way.

• Above Alpha 355 machinery and Gamma 333 on the
  left (multifunction machines for cutting,
  re-insulating , crimping and printing of wires).

Machinery

• We own Trumf TruBend 3120 numeric edge press with
  a maximum pressure of 130 T, eccentric
  presses and laser cross- cut chisel MAZAK
  NTX 48/1500 W, as well as cutting-off band
  machine and cutters shears to
  8mm.

Other equipment is MIG/MAG and TIG welding set
with six professional stands.

Applicators and testing tables

• Multiplicity of production allowed us to build
  huge collection of applicators for own machinery
  which enable us to realize many unique orders.
  The applicators are treated in the special way.

We produce wire harnesses on special
assembling and testing tables. It guarantees our
reliability and working certainty. Almost all of
such tables as well as other special auxiliary
tools are made by ourselves with support of our
metal production department.

We invest in modern technology solutions like
ultrasonic welding (Sonobond welding machine from
USA). In accordance of clients demand we produce
wire harnesses in nylon braid with Cobra braiding
machine from England.

Laboratory

• Cyclic inspection of crimping quality is made in
  our laboratory

Quality

• Production is based on quality system according
  to PN-EN ISO 90012001 norm. Lately we introduce
  ISO / TS-16949 norm (certification planned on
  March, 2009).
• In 2009 year we also plan introduction of ISO
  14001 system.

Awards

• In 2007 we have been awarded Business Gazelles
  competition. We have won the second prize in our
  Swietokrzyskie district.
• In 2008 we have achieved the success again and we
  have won the 3rd prize in our district.
