Certification - Aim

• To establish a process and National recognition
  for the title of Canadian Certified Counsellor
• To demonstrate to the public our Counsellors
  high level of professionalism
• To maintain a directory of Canadian Certified
  Counsellors

Maintaining Certification

• Annually renew your full membership status with
  CCPA
• Pay annual fees of 65
• Meet CCPA professional development standards
• A minimum of 24 CEU hours (Continuing Education
  Unit) related to the field of counselling, within
  every 3 year period
