Background

• The concept of the website was first evolved from
  the NRB Conference 2007.
• The increased interest of NRBs on the eminent
  medical community in Bangladesh, demand the
  information of Dhaka Medical College (DMC) to be
  available online.
• On the 1st meeting, jointly held by Scholars
  Bangladesh, DMC NRB doctors following the NRB
  Conference 2007, the necessity for a website for
  DMC was addressed.

Initiative

• At the meeting, Scholars Bangladesh took
  leadership role and initiative for the planning
  and development of the website as a complimentary
  service.
• This website would be a window to the world for
  DMC and will allow DMC to have more vibrant
  presence in a global context.
• Therefore, the website for DMC was developed and
  now being inaugurated with the highest support
  from the management of DMC. We cordially thank
  them for their help and appreciation.

• After the NRB Conference 2007, Scholars
  Bangladesh organized meeting with Health
  Ministry, representatives from DMCH NRB doctor
  team and discussed on bringing used medical
  equipment in Bangladesh after appropriate review
  and authorization.

• NRB doctors also expressed interest about helping
