- TANF 60 Month Eligibility Query System provides
the following features - A tool for participating states to share
eligibility information - Access to real-time benefit information
- Search capability for case worker to fetch
eligibility data - Ability to query multiple state databases with
the same/different search criteria - Logging of search transactions in the database
for - Audit Statistics
- Usage Analysis
- Response Times
- Ensure SLA requirements are met (10 second
response) - Ability to search eligibility data via XML input
or HTML screens - Ability to manage (add, activate and inactivate)
states participating in TANF Data Exchange. - Ability to maintain state and federal contact
information - High Availability Uptime gt 99 and 24/7 schedule

- Multi state search results are compiled into a
single response to the user - Responding states provide caseworker contact

documents, Excel or CSV Files

19State Module Details
- State module simulates the processing for
participating states in the TANF Data Exchange
eco-system. - Processing includes fetching information from
sample state databases based on the search
criteria e.g. First Name, Last Name, DOB, SSN,
Gender etc. - State module exposes functionality via a web
service based upon the TANF Data Exchange schema. - Current reference implementation state module is
based on J2EE, but web service based
implementation can be exposed on the other
existing state systems that may be running on
CICS, .NET etc.

- No change required in the state module
implementation - Add external batch scripts / processes to bring
data from current production systems to the RI
