The Proposal Process

• Legacy Science is a modification to SIRTFs
  single-phase proposal process
• For Legacy proposals, only sample observations
  are required
• AORs, as produced using SPOT
• ALL observations are needed July 2001
• What is submitted
• Letter of Intent (submit between June 30 - July
  31)
• Legacy Science Proposal (submit by Sept 1)
• Including sample AORs
• Including complete list of targets/fields

• PI name and institution and email address
• All co-investigator names and institutions and
  their email addresses
• Title of Investigation
• Scientific Category
• e.g. galactic, extragalactic, solar system...
