Meet the Team

• Sunday, November 15th Trent Arena
• Expectations/Procedures
• Attend all practice sessions and work to best of
  ability. MWFswimming T/Thlifting/dry land
• Communicate any conflicts IN ADVANCE in WRITING
  to Athletic Office
• If going home sick from school-alert athletic
  office prior to leaving school. Do not send a
  messenger.
• Athletes should treat one another with respect.
  NO hazing. No talking behind each others back.
• Athletes should speak positively about one
  another and the program. Any other comments
  should be spoken directly to the coaches with the
  hopes of resolution.
• If an athlete is sick on meet day, please call
  the coaches as early as possible. Steve
  Hippenmeyer 291-2130 (leave a message) or
  371-7793.
• (7) Sportsmanship is expected at all times
  everywhere.
• Athletes involved in other Activities
• Babysitting, school work, or jobs are not excuses
  for missing practice.
• Conflicts with other school activities must be
  worked out in advance in writing following the
  approved procedures and hierarchy (competition
  takes precedence over a practice) WE EXPECT
  5050!!!
• Competition- BE ON TIMEto be on time is to be
  early!!! The busses do not wait for anyone.
• Athletes will be expected to be available to
  compete in ALL MEETS (see above below for
  exceptions).
• Last minute lineup changes are part of the sport,
  so if we need an athlete that was not expecting
  to compete, the athlete will need to change any
  conflicts.
• All swimmers are expected to be at both the JV
  and V GWOC Meets regardless of whether competing
  or NOT, NO EXCUSES!
