• Gunnebo Industries AB, a modern organization with
  an historic background.
• Our basic product lines have been integrated with
  new marketing methods, to give overall systems
  approaches in various forms. Today, the basic
  product lines of Gunnebo are under one of four
  headings Gunnebo Lifting, Gunnebo Fastening,
  Gunnebo Non skid and Gunnebo Block.
• Gunnebo Lifting traces its roots back to 1764 and
  is the leading manufacturer of traction chain in
  Scandinavia. The production of chain started in
  1857 and in the early part of 1930 production of
  traction chain began.
• Mechanization of farming and forestry started
  early in Sweden and Gunnebo took an active role
  in the development and manufacture of tyre
  traction chain. This was a very rapidly growing
  and demanding market. The swedish army, an
  important and demanding customer, has, togheder
  with our own design department, an on-going
  development programme. Some of the most
  aggressive link designs and chain patterns
  offered today are as a result of this
  collaboration.

  applications.
