In the beginning there was no BSF
  • There was little or un-targeted investment in
    schools, so

  • Feb 2003 - Consult on a new strategy for
    school investment
  • Summer 2003 BSF confirmed, bids invited
  • Autumn 2003 Leicester bid submitted
  • Spring 2004 BSF Wave 1 announced
