THE RW-101
  • THE RW-101 IS A CIVILIAN ROBOT WHICH YOU PROGRAM
TO DO THE WORK OF YOUR UN-ROBOTIC AND UN-RELIABLE
WORKFORCE. THE 101S HAVE THE ABILITY TO MOVE AND
WORK LIKE HUMANS AND ARE CAPABLE OF DOING MUCH
    MORE.

5
THE PROBLEMS THE ROBOT SOLVE
  • RELIABILITY
  • THE RW-101 HAS 99.5 UPTIME ALWAYS ON THE JOB NOT
MISSING WORK FOR ANY REASON EXCEPT ROUTINE
MAINTENANCE. NEVER HEAR I AM RUNNING LATE
AGAIN. IT STAYS AT WORK UNTIL JOB IS DONE
  • LOWER OVERALL EMPLOYEE COST.
  • AFTER 1 YEAR ON THE JOB THE RW-101 WILL HAVE PAID
    FOR ITSELF.
  • THE RW-101S OVERALL DAILY PRODUCTION IS
    EQUIVALENT TO 6 FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES

6
WHY ROBO-WORKFORCE ?New Technology
  • Before Robo-Workforce was conceived, the Robotics
Industry Association (the entity that governs and
establishes standards for the robotics industry)
had basically two types of robots to base its
    standards on
  • Static industrial robots
  • Wired remote control robots
  • Since Robo-Workforces inception, R.I.A. had
    developed concerns of Global Positioning
Satellite navigation failure and the self reliant
robot having the ability to maneuver.
  • This concern has led to the development of the
Laser Containment Unit which will not only become
standard on all RW units but will also become
    know as
  • R.I.A. 1506-9 Laser Containment Units for self
    reliant Artificial Assistance Robots
  • After seeing the advantage of having outsider
input, we now have had a R.I.A. office designed
into our warehouse and will have R.I.A. input at
    all times.

7
New Technology (continued)
  • The laser containment unit has been adapted to
the RW101s body and along with laser border that
will be placed along the work area the unit will
be contained inside that area. If the unit tries
to cross the laser path, it will cause automatic
power loss and the unit will shut down.
  • Not only have we established a superior
    relationship with R.I.A. , because of R.I.A.
1506-9, the laser containment system will be
required on every self reliant robot. Therefore
we have also spawned a new product (the laser
containment system) that will be very profitable
    to the company

8
Technology
  • The RW101 meets or exceeds the following industry
    standards
  • RIA 1740- standard for safety for robots and
    robotic equipment.
  • RIA 15.06-1999- safety requirements for
    industrial robots
  • RIA T15.1- personal safety requirements for
    intelligent assist devices.
  • By adopting and adhering to these standards, we
    have been
  • endorsed by RIA.
  • RIA 1506-9- Laser Containment System for self
reliant Artificial Assistance robots. (added 1
    Feb. 2004)
  • RW101 is cutting edge technology and along with
    RIA we are setting
  • new standards for the robotics industry
  • RIA (Robotics Industry Association)

9
New Technology (cont)
  • The Sikorsky silicon microgyroscope was designed
with input from both RW and Sikorsky and is what
makes it possible for the RW101 to perform in the
same manner as a human. The technology is brand
new and the patent is a 50/50 ownership between
    RW and Sikorsky.

13
RemoTec Robotics
14
RemoTec vs. Robo-Workforce
  • RemoTecs strengths
  • A division of Northrop Grunman.
  • Established in 1980 as a builder of military and
    police robots.
  • Capitol is supplied and budgeted by parent
    company.
  • RemoTecs weakness
  • Product versatility is very limited
  • Customer base is limited to police and military
    only.
  • Product is operated by remote control only.
  • RWs strengths
  • Remotecs designers
  • Product is the most versatile in existence.
  • Product can complete task without supervision.
  • Production labor is in fact, the product.
  • Labor savings allow us to produce our product at
    a substantial lower cost
  • RWs weakness
  • Not yet established as a leading competitor in
    the robotics industry

15
Redzone Robotics

17
Robo-Workforce
  • Marketing Plan

18
Past
  • Lack of technology and the need for robots caused
the need for them to be low and the cost to be
    very high.
  • Only schools such as Harvard and M.I.T. had the
knowledge and capabilities to manufacture and
create Robots. Therefore, there was no
competitive market or need for robots since they
were rare, expensive, and could do no more than
    crush cans.

19
Present
  • Production cost have drop and competition has
grown and so has the demand for Artificial
    Intelligence.
  • Advancements in Software and Technology has
brought new life to the Robotic age. Todays
Robots can be programmed and made to suite the
    consumers needs.
  • We _at_ Robo-Workforce only have two major
    competitors.
  • Remo-Tec and RedZone.
  • In response Robo-Workforce is proud to present
the next generation of affordable artificial
    intelligence the RW-101.

20
Future
  • The RW-101 was designed to help with the
ever-growing problems of outsourcing and the
    growing health-care cost.
  • To combat this problem we at Robo-Workforce feel
that the Future and need for our product will
only grow as time goes on.
  • As the need for our product grows, so will our
    investors portfolios.

21
RW-101Product Overview
  • The RW-101 was designed to take the place of its
    human counterparts.
  • It was designed with the Industrial consumer in
mind to help fight the high costs of benefits and
    employees needs.

22
Positioning
  • Positioning of product or service
  • We are at the dawn of a new age in consumer
technology, and with so many innovations in
development right now, consumers can't wait to
see what the robotics industry will deliver next.
  • Consumer promise
  • We are not satisfied until our customers are
    satisfied.

23
Communication Strategies
  • Robot Project Working Robots EXPO 2005
  • Guest Robot Gallery
  • Our Public Web Site
  • WWW.Robo-Force.com

24
Public Relations
  • Strategy Execution
  • Our best PR strategy will be to visit Factories
    and Onsite facilities
  • The demonstrations will have the RW101 completing
various tasks that fulfills the Customers
    requests.

25
Advertising
  • The Media will consist of a public Web site that
    features the RW-101.
  • Brochures that advertise the Capabilities of the
    RW-101.
  • Video demonstration of the RW-101s capabilities.

26
Pricing
  • The RW101s base price with all available options
will be 96,000. There is no comparable product
    to compare this price to.

27
Packaging Fulfillment
  • Product packaging
  • The RW101 is designed with a human shape which
makes it easier for customers to identify the
RW101 as an employee vs. a machine. The RW101
will be shipped with the available options,
therefore the fulfillment of optional items will
not be a problem. Should a customer have the need
to further customize the RW101, the unit will
have to be shipped back to the factory for
    modifications.

28
Distribution
  • Each unit will be drop shipped to the customer
via rail transit. Should the customer choose to
pick the unit up at the factory, that will be
    permitted.

29
Success Metrics
  • Our first year goal is to produce and sell two
units per month for a total of 24 units and
doubling that for the following year.
  • Success or failure will be determined by the
    industries demand for the RW-101.
