General Procedure

TIMING

• Each participant has 5 minutes to prepare the
  evaluation report
• Each participant has maximum 3 minutes 30
  seconds
• After 2 minutes Green Card
• after 2 minutes 30 seconds Yellow Card
• after 3 minutes Red Card
• Additional 30 seconds after which he/she
• will be disqualified for evaluation.
• Judges have 1 minute between each speech
• Audiences are required to be silent during this
  period
