DEFINITION COMMITTEE MISSION STATEMENT

• To clarify and bring universal understanding to
  the terminology used in the automotive damage
  repair and refinish process.

• Current content approved October 2001
• Independent Appraiser
• Collision Repair Facility
• Auto Physical Damage Facility

Class A Documents (Review from Anchorage)

• CIC attendees agreed to keep the term P-Pages.
  
• There will not be Class A document for Insurers
  in Charge of Repair Facilities

Clean Up Hours

• Problem Repairers and Recyclers have different
  meanings for the same phrase
• The ARA (Automotive Recyclers Association) and
  ASA are currently working on a definition.
• Latest update ARA and ASA are still working on
  a solution. They have made forward progress by
  developing the Non-Included procedures.
