Q2 - Accomplishments

• Clothes, medicines food collection campaign
  conducted at all the companies associated with
  HYSEA CII 8th12th Sep 08 second phase of
  collection for Bihar Flood Relief has been
  completed on 22nd Sep 08.
• Monetary contribution collected for the Bihar
  Flood Relief from various IT companies in
  Hyderabad, was handed over to CII representatives
  by the HYSEA team on 26th Sep08. The amount
  collected will be used for Rehabilitation of the
  affected people.

Q2 Accomplishments.

• Free health checkups conducted at the schools for
  the children of the suggested schools with the
  help from Corporate Hospitals - 20th Sep 08.
• Eye Dental Check Up at the School on 20th
  Sep 08

Q2 Accomplishments..

• 4. Project 511, an NGO is engaged in improving
  quality of education by helping government
  schools with better infrastructure and better
  motivation. This NGO will partner up with HYSEA
  CSR Forum to get more no. of volunteers for its
  Spoken English Program.
• Blood Donation Camp at all the companies who are
  part of HYSEA 13th - 24th Oct 08

Q3 Accomplishments..

• Organized Blood Donation Camps on the occasion of
  Gandhi Jayanti at various
• HYSEA Members Facility. There was healthy
  participation across all member companies.

Q4 Accomplishments..
Successfully Organized the News Paper Donation
Drive with all the HYSEA member companies, In
collaboration with ITC. Total quantity of paper
collected from all these companies is 3874 Kgs.

Q4 Planned Activities

• Proposal to have donation boxes at willing Member
  Company locations to help Shekinah Foundation.
• Say No to Plastic Campaign Encourage jute and
  eco-friendly bags
• Reduce e-Wastage
• Traffic awareness (Tinted Glass Campaign, Traffic
  Rules Awareness)
• HIV/AIDS awareness session Identify Peer
  Educators
• Solar Energy utilization other initiatives to
  address Global Warming issues.
