• I invited each branch including the branch
  director to a private demo
• I gave specific examples tailored to the
  operations of each branch
• All demos were very well received

Roll-out

• Training was done branch by branch
• A branch is an organizational unit with a maximum
  of about 20 employees
• Training was completed in about two hours
• Trainees received instructions on how to install
  the OpenCite client
• Load on servers was increased incrementally as
  each branch received training.
