TACT III project

• A project that addresses the current need to
  develop a coordinated community based approach to
  assist vulnerable children through the
  establishment of a child protection safety net in
  the Albanian municipalities.
• TACT project tries to diminish the gap between
  international standards of multi-disciplinary
  case management in child protection and the child
  protection response actors available in Albania
  today.
• Support State actors and local Governments in
  developing a comprehensive and operational child
  protection system that will protect children from
  trafficking and from other forms of abuses or
  exploitation.

• With a systems approach, activities involve all
  key duty bearers, including the State,
  municipalities, schools and communities (Roma and
  Jevg groups) for the prevention of child
  trafficking and other forms of abuses and the
  protection of child victims and other children in
  danger.
• Agreement between Terre Des Hommes,
  Albania-Municipality of Korca-implementation of
  this project through Korca Municipality.
• All Tdh staff is attached to the Municipality
  structure

• TACT recognizes the instrumental role of the
  school in this process. It is also confident on
  the increasing commitment of the school in this
  direction, as evidenced by introduction and
  development of the psychologist service at
  school.
