  • In Mexico, education is organized in three

through lower secondary school), upper secondary
    education and higher education.
  • In 2000 there were over 20,000,000 students
enlisted in all levels of the school system. Most
enlisted in basic education. According to the SEP
    school enrollment.
  • New legal framework was adopted in 1993 un a new
federalism witch kept going to charge the Federal
Government with task of finding the study plans
and programs for lower education like lower
secondary, and teacher education for the entire
    country. Additional constitutional amendments
made non-illegal obligations for parents to send
their kids to school like lower elementary and

  • A note said that South Korea, a country that had
rankings almost like Mexico a long time ago, has
flew to the top because of the reforms to
    education implemented in that country.
  • South Korea has been able to make a high skilled
work force, which produce a little bit of the
worlds most popular cars and electronics. Force
is made up largely of assembly workers and other
    manual laborers.
  • Mandatory school age is 6 up to 14 years of age,
which covers lower secondary school. Elementary
