individual account, rather than to everyone in
the system.

System Wide Distribution Lists in LCSD2 begin

Each building has a Certified Staff List, as well
as an Entire Staff List. The Entire list
includes all of the Certified list.

To create your own, personal distribution list,
seen only in your address book, select the people
that you want in the list.

After you have selected the members of your list,
click on Save Group.

Select the Cabinet icon. If there is a in

Each of the subfolders in the cabinet is created
by the individual user.
You may drag e-mail messages from your mailbox
into the cabinet folders.
You may also set mailbox rules to automatically
place incoming mail into a folder.

corner of the GroupWise window.

46Filtering
- Basic Filtering
- If your Mailbox contains many items, you might
have a difficult time finding just one of them.
Filter lets you display items according to
specific criteria. For example, a filter can
display only items that have a certain word in
the subject. You can also use a filter to hide
items that you want to get out of your way. - Filter doesn't actually move or delete items it
displays certain items based on the criteria you
specify. Once you clear the filter, all the items
reappear. Filters you create affect all folders.

corner, click on the Filter icon.

Now, only mail fitting the criteria are shown.
Dont forget to clear the filter when you are
done. Right click on the icon and select clear
filter.

- An item the system administrator defines that can
be scheduled or reserved. Resources might include
company cars, overhead projectors, conference
rooms, computers, pagers, and more.

- Other resources that could be scheduled are
