  • When the CPOC receives a request for a new
    Position Organization Address (POA)
  • If the UIC is new, it must first be added to the
    DCPDS database
  • If only the organization code is new the CPOC can
    make the change immediately
  • Must coordinate with DCPS before flowing any
    information to them
