2Rental payment
- It is very important that you use the right
invoice (bill) for the right month to pay the
rent. - All invoices will be sent to you by regular
mail. - The rent varies depending on type of room.
- Save all receipts and transcripts of payments
made with internet bank. - The same OCR-number can only be used once!

4 First rental payment
- First bill/invoice will be
- sent to you during the second half of August.
Normally Rent to be paid in advance
- The rent for September should be paid at the
latest by August 31st, etc.
5Cancellation period
- 2 full calendar months in advance(if you wish to
move out on December 31st you must send us a
written cancellation (e-mail is okay) no later
than 30th of October). - Solna hostel
- New accommodation is being arranged for
- you from after September.

apply for Internet. Hanstavägen Send an
application to Tele2 marked Kista
Studentbostäder, using the special form you
received with your contract Stadshagen Send an
e-mail to kth.student_at_comhem.com. Lötsjövägen Send
an application to Blixtvik. Röntgenvägen Send an
application to Tele2 marked SSSB
8Fire safety
- Smoking is not permitted in your room!
- Make sure you know how fire safetyworks in your
building - -check where fire equipment is located
- -check where emergency exits are located-never
block an emergency exit! - Swedish emergency services number is 112 dial
this in case of fire or if you urgently need an
ambulance or police - For technical problems, please do NOT use this
number use the technical help numbers for your
building. - Tampering with smoke detectors is forbidden.
dont forget the candles!
9Security and safety
- Keep building doors locked and do not give out
the door code to people not belonging in the
building. - Again
- NO SMOKING IN YOUR ROOM OR BUILDING!
- Smoking in your room might result in a penalty
reduction of the deposit.
10Practical Information
Garbage recycling programme Leave garbage in
special garbage rooms. Kista please do not leave
garbage at entrance or in trashcans. Technical
problems / fault report Non-emergent faults
contact area housekeeper or KTH
Accommodation Emergent technical problems (water
leak, electrical failure, etc) contact area
housekeeper if after office hours, use building
emergency technical number (normally found at the
entrance of the building)
11Practical information
- Laundry at Kista alléväg
- An electronic key is used for booking.
- If at this time you need a laundry key you
- can pick this up at our office in the main
- campus.
- Some machines are outside the booking
- system and can be used without booking.

- For non-emergent problems
- Urgent technical problems
- (large water leak, etc) after office hours use

received when moving in.
