• Race start time is 1030 am
• Check-in starting at 930 am
• After the race stay for food, prizes, and
  activities!
• The race is on, RAIN OR SHINE
• All Students, friends, and family (those running,
  jogging, or walking) and FRIENDLY dogs are
  welcome!
• Please supervise any children in attendance
• Purpose
• To raise awareness of animal issues
• Registration
• Participants may register in advance or on race
  day
• Cost 15.00 (includes free t-shirt if registered
  before April 1)
• Location/Parking
• Fred Beekman park is located at the corner of
  Kenny Road and Lane Avenue. There are C lots
  located nearby.

Waiver and Release I agree that by participating
in this physical activity, or event (the Event)
or the use of any Event facility/premises, I do
so at my own risk. I assume the risk of injury,
illness, damage or loss to me of my property that
might result, including without limitation, any
loss or theft of physical property. I consent to
medical treatment in the event of injury,
accident, and/or illness during the Event. I
agree on behalf of myself (and my personal
representatives, heirs, executors,
administrators, agents and assigns) to release
and discharge the organizers of this event, its
principals, its officers directors, its
employees, all sponsors and their representatives
and employees from any and all claims or causes
of action (known or unknown) arising out of their
negligence. I acknowledge that I have carefully
read this Waiver and Release and fully understand
that it is a release of liability. By my
signature below, I am waiving any right that I
may have to bring legal action to assert a claim
against any and all Event sponsors for their
negligence. I hereby grant full permission to any
and all of the foregoing to use my name and
likeness in any advertising of the Event , or
future events, without compensation. I agree that
if I bring a dog to Event, the dog is licensed
and vaccinated, including a rabies
