7What the evaluations tell us about the value of
the workshops
8What the evaluations tell us about the value of
the workshops
- Overall Comments
- Fantastic! Really inspired me and gave me
confidence to move on through barriers Ive been
worrying about. Thank you! - An excellent day, fun, practical and timely. Lots
of food for thought. - A very interesting, enjoyable and challenging
day. Kiki was very motivational. - Thoroughly engaging content most practical and
relevant, and presentation itself probably the
most enjoyable (and involving) that Ive ever
experienced. Class act! - Excellent training session. Really enjoyed it and
found the knowledge invaluable both in work and
in my personal life. - The best course Ive attended time to evaluate
our performance and also some practical tips to
take back and use.
9My reflections on the workshops
- some truly excellent and engaged staff, with
real commitment to ongoing learning
- 25 of attendees have contacted me to add to
their inside-out toolkit, ie learning styles
- some are lacking in confidence, isolated, are
not particularly strategic and lack marketing
skills
- some are dealing with unresourceful emotions
10My thoughts about future staff development
priorities
- key emerging PDP themes, some specifics
- presentation skills
- communication skills
- managing change
- managing merger and teams
- managing emotions
- confidence building (maintaining impact)
- business planning
- ideas further training, also 1-2-1 coaching,
and better developed peer support
