EAB Strategic Plan - SEOC
  • Goal 2 - To identify and facilitate the
    educational needs of the public, the profession
    and IEEE members.

SEOC Actions Completed or in Progress
  • Objective 2.1 Review availability of
    educational materials, expand sources of products
    and promote use of these products
  • Alabama Section investigating possible sponsors
    to assist in subsidizing a workshop.
  • Opportunities to collaborate with RAB Industry
    Relations Committee.
  • Exploring the development of a program to link
    corporations and their educational offerings with
    local Sections and Chapters through the IEEE CEU
    Program.

SEOC Actions Completed or in Progress
  • Objective 2.2 Create Sections / Chapters
    awareness of EAB products and services.
  • Two EAB History Center News Announcements
    quarterly mailings sent to Section Newsletter
    Editors Regional representatives.
  • All IEEE Region Directors have been contacted to
    identify their Educational Activities Chairs who
    will be corresponding members of the SEOC.
