    to myself, in the process losing 15 of my total
    weight.
  • Plan using 4 phases, testing 3 varying methods.

    measurement

  • Exercise phase
  • Extended exercise phase

  • Proceed as normal, monitoring daily weight
    fluctuations.
  • Gain appraisal of normal fluctuations.
  • These appraisals can be used as error bounds on
    my readings.

  • Daily goals
  • Limit meals to 2 small-to-medium meals and 1
    normal meal
  • Limit carb intake to 1/day.
  • Total change 0 pounds

Conclusion
  • Due to unanticipated factors my experiment was
    unsuccessful. Cumulatively, I actually gained 5
    pounds. If the experiment were repeated,
    compensating for those factors, I believe it
    would succeed.
  • Reduced workload (Ill have graduated)
  • No turkey and mashed potatoes!
  • Exercise consistently proved to be the method
    best suited to my needs.
