Implementation Plan
  • Testing is main part of the project.
  • Scheduled to end by the end of September 2000.
  • Aircraft testing available after 10th July 2000.
  • Evaluation Reports available 2 months after the
    tests.
  • Rough estimated man-hours required 500300
  • Cost/ man-hour 100-150
  • Maximum material costs 20,000
  • Equipments will be reused several times.
  • Final cost will be based on the negotiation
    between Boeing and RSAF.

Plan for Logistic Support and Administration
  • Equipment needed are provided by Boeing and tests
    will be conducted as required by RSAF
  • No subcontractor involved
  • Main cost of the project is Man-Hours.
  • Termination procedure will be done according to
    the contract.
  • Change orders requested by customer that are not
    part of contract will be dealt accordingly.
